Our Classes

At Village Life Pilates, our classes are athletic and contemporary, rooted in the original classical Pilates method. Every class is full body, though some are designed with specific intentions-some sculpt targeted areas, while others emphasize flow, endurance, or alignment.

Our classes are accessible to all levels. We don’t separate classes by level because our instructors are trained to offer real-time modifications, allowing everyone-from first-timers to seasoned athletes-to feel supported and challenged.

In line with the original Pilates principles, we believe movement should be balanced and that strength should be cultivated across the entire body to support longevity, resilience, and transformation.

  • Core Collective

    A full-body reformer class built on layered sequences and progressive core loading. Expect integrated, compound movement that challenges the abdominals, obliques, and deep stabilizers continuously throughout class. The core drives the work from start to finish.

  • Band Together

    A full-body reformer workout enhanced with stretch bands for added resistance and intensity. These wearable bands turn up muscle activation as we move through integrated, full-body sequences that sculpt the arms, legs, and core. Expect deeper work, higher engagement, and a strong, balanced burn you’ll feel everywhere.

    A full-body reformer class with a focused emphasis on toning and defining the arms, shoulders, chest, and upper back. Expect smart sequencing that sculpts the upper body while keeping the core and legs engaged for balanced, functional strength.

    A full-body reformer class performed on the lightest springs, requiring focus, strength, and control. Complex, stability-driven movements challenge balance, coordination, and deep core engagement, proving that minimal support demands maximum precision.

  • Glute Lab

    A full-body reformer class with a serious focus on lifting, shaping, and tightening the glutes from every direction. We move through a variety of moves to hit the booty from all angles — upper shelf, under-curve, and everything in between.

    A full-body reformer class using heavy springs and incorporating hand weights to engage large muscle groups through integrated, compound movement. Expect strength-driven sequences designed to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and challenge the entire body at once.

    A slow-tempo, full-body reformer class built on controlled resistance and time under tension. Expect long holds, precise movement, and progressive overload designed to sculpt strength while keeping you grounded and present. The pace is slow. The work is deep.

    A high-energy, feel-good full-body reformer class set to your favorite country hits. The workout focuses on strong, sculpting sequences that challenge strength, endurance, and control through integrated, full-body movement.

    A full-body reformer class driven by high reps, repeated sets, and compounded movements that work  multiple muscle groups at once. Expect layered sequences, minimal rest, and intensity that builds with every round to challenge strength, stamina, and endurance.

    A slower-paced, full-body reformer class that’s calming, controlled, and quietly challenging. Lights are dimmed, the playlist is chill, and movements are deliberate with longer holds and stretches that let the burn creep in as you unwind.
